Price and additional costs

Each product page displays the selling price in USD. Any applicable tax is calculated and shown before payment in Stripe Checkout. There is no shipping charge for a digital download; the buyer bears ordinary internet-access and optional printing costs.

Payment and delivery

Available payment methods are shown in Stripe Checkout. Payment is due when the order is confirmed. After successful payment, the PDF download is provided on the confirmation page and sent to the purchase email address.

Returns and refunds

Digital products cannot be physically returned. EngineerProof provides the refund and correction remedies stated in its refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
